Thunderstorm warnings lifted for southern Manitoba

Tornado no longer operates in Kenora, Nestor Falls in northwestern Ontario,

Thunderstorms and thunderstorms have been cleared across southern Manitoba.

Storms passed through the southeastern and southern parts of the country, including Winnipeg, early Friday night before passing evening.

Environmental Canada warnings have been issued due to possible strong winds, heavy rain and nickel-like hail.

The weather system also triggered clocks and hurricane warnings in northwestern Ontario, all of which were removed just after 9 p.m. CT.

Kenora and Nestor Falls live below the thunderstorms, and a temperature warning and a powerful thunderbolt are active at Fort Frances and Rainy Lake.
